when i went ice skating with the church i fell multiple times and it hurt. when i got to the fellowship hall my knee started to ake so i pulled up my jean leg and i had a black and blue eyeball sized pump knot it hurt so very bad.
ps:i steel have a pump knot. ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha happy new year!
Valley Forge Youth is the youth program at Valley Forge Free Will Baptist Church in Elizabethton, TN. We have classes for all ages from birth to 20 somethings meeting on:
Sunday School @ 9:45 am
Sunday Worship @ 10:45 am
Sunday Night @ 6:00 pm
Wednesday Night @ 7:00 pm
The E3 Experience is on the third Wednesday of each month in the Youth Reaction Center. Youth Sunday is the 4th Sunday night each month.
