Thanks to all those who helped with this month’s E3 event! Over 25 youth took part this month!

God has truly been great to each and every one of us. We thank Him for his blessings, and ask for his travelling safety for our return. Thank you all for your support, we will see you soon!

What did God save you to do?

Luke 10:2 says “Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.”

Are we doing the best we can do, or are we half-heartedly serving God?

When I ask myself these questions, I must honestly answer, ‘Lord, I am weak.’ I have no excuse, and yes, there are many days in which I walk in mediocrity. What is one change through which you can commit to living closer to God?

C.S. Lewis says this:
“Good and evil both increase at compound interest. That is why the little decisions you and I make every day are of such infinite importance. The smallest good act today is the capture of a strategic point from which, a few months later, you may be able to go on to victories you never dreamed of. An apparently trivial indulgence in lust or anger today is the loss of a ridge or railway line or bridgehead from which the enemy may launch an attack otherwise impossible.”

So I ask you this, is today the day that you make a choice to make that good decision? Are you closer to the Lord now than six months ago? If not, we encourage you to choose today to begin your closer walk with him—one step at a time!

Day two has been a wonderful day of worship, fellowship, and ended with a time of spiritual reflection assessing our personal strengths and weaknesses in Christ. God is Good!

After a safe journey to our host church, we settled in for a time of fun and worship as we began our journey toward a deeper relationship with Christ and began to prepare for a week of service to Him!

Please keep our Turning Point Mission Team in your prayers.  They will be travelling to Charleston, SC from March 5-11 to help a local church’s ministry.

The November youth rally will be this Tuesday, November 23, at 7pm. Bring a friend, your Bible, and a heart ready to praise the Lord and lift up His name! This month’s speaker will be Zach Montgomery.
