The purpose of “Pledge2Purity” is to raise awareness and commitment among teens regarding the importance of purity in all areas of their life and to help connect teens and their parents to regional ministries, churches and resources that provide services and encouragement that will support their pledge to purity.

The mission team has been hard at work in NYC.  Tomorrow they’ll be at the Nazareth Early Childhood Center in the morning and back with Raven Ministries for street witnessing in Manhattan.

The ACT NYC Mission Team has been hard at work today at Raven Ministries and the Salvation Army.  They helped lead two people to be saved this morning at the Salvation Army.  Tonight they are going to perform the ‘Cardboard Testimonies’ at Raven Ministries.

Tomorrow they will be at the Broadway Community Clothing Pantry and Burden Center for Aging in Manhattan.  They are also going to the Mets/Cardinals baseball game tomorrow night.  Keep them in your prayers and check back often for more updates.

I just got these pics from Steve.  Keep checking on the upper right corner for more tweets!

The team made it to NYC yesterday.  It looks like they have enjoyed Ray’s Pizza (this is getting to be a habit for our mission teams) and they have been having fun in NYC.  This morning they are going to the Brooklyn Tabernacle worship service.  Keep them in your prayers this week.

The NYC Mission Team is leaving at 3:30am for New York. Check the top right corner of valleyforgeyouth.com for updates from the team (you don’t have to sign up for twitter to see the updates). Keep them in your prayers over the next week.
