Due to bad weather volleyball is cancelled tonight. See you Wednesday night for the Youth Rally.

This saturday we were a part of 22 churches that came together to serve the community and hand out school supplies.  We had an estimated 2000 kids come through the lines.  Many of them waited in the rain for two or more hours to get started.  There was food, games, skits, puppets, music and many activities for everyone.  Every time there was a profession of faith, the church bell rang.  The highlight of the day was the bell ringing all day long in the background.  By the end of the day everyone was tired, most were wet, but everybody was smiling because 94 souls were saved through this ministry!  Praise the Lord for a great event!

Impact Youth is proud to sponsor the 2010 Scavenger Hunt taking place this  Saturday 7/24!  This event is open to the 20 Something Class, and Senior ACT’s.  We will meet at 2:00pm at the Fellowship Hall (where we will split into teams) and will return at 4:00pm.

  Refreshments and Judging will take place at 4:30 in the Youth Reaction Center.  The winning team will receive “bragging rights” and a special prize!  Come join us, it’s gonna be fun!

We had a rummage sale this morning at the church to raise money for a new youth room in the basement of the YRC.  Don’t know the exact tally yet, but thanks to everyone who came out and supported the kids.
