Prayer List
This will be an interactive prayer list.
Add someone to the prayer list through the comments on this page. Also add praise items or updates. After you add an item, look at the 5 (or more) prayer requests before yours and pray diligently for each of them for the next week. If there is a praise item in the 5 before yours, thank the Lord for these blessings and answered prayers.
Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
James 5:16

Please pray for my mother Tammy Hoilman she has some health problems and the medication they give her makes her sick so please keep her in your prayers.
Please pray tonight for Lexie Smith, daughter of Matt & Julianna Perry and granddaughter of Mark & Elaine Smith. She is in the hospital. Some spots were found on her lungs and Elaine said that she is a very sick little girl!
Please add St. Paul UMC, Fayette, MO to your prayer list. Praying they accept the vision God has given for this place and follow the leader he has appointed to carry it out without complaint. May they open their mind and hearts to the things God has in store for them.
Please pray for me. I am not sure of life right now… I at one time thought that suicide would be the answer… but i know that its not. I tried drugs and cutting that didnt work either. I am trying so hard to be happy.. but its just not working out.
I’m praying for you
Brianna,
First please remember Jesus Christ loves you enough to die for you! He wants you to have joy in your life even when life is hard. I’ve learned when I get depressed (and everyone does sometimes) to go read my Bible. I’ve learned it is impossible to praise God and stay depressed. Start at Psalm 100 and read the chapters that talk about ” a joyful noise”, singing, “bless the Lord,” giving thanks, “Praise ye the Lord,” etc. God may not magically take away your problems, but He will calm you when you read what I call “Praise scripture”. I’m praying for you!
Robin
Brianna,
I have been praying for you and I will continue. The verse that keeps coming to my mind for you is I Peter 5:7 Cast your cares on Him, because He cares about you. Brianna, God loves you so much…………more than we can ever comprehend! He cares about what bothers you and He wants you to tell Him about it. He’s there to listen to you.
Brianna, I would also recommend staying or getting involved with good Christian friends and a good youth group. Being around people that have Jesus in their lives can help us when we go thru bad times and like Robin said above, we ALL go thru times like that. Surround yourself with Godly things (bible, prayer, friends, church, youth activities).
We love you, God loves you, and I am praying for you!
Olivia
Brianna,
Remember the joy of the Lord is your strength and I am lifting you up right now so that not only can you find Joy but the peace that surpasses all understanding.

I would like you to pray for my family we have had several family members pass away within the past two months, also my father has no job anymore, my mother is really sick and alot of other issues. I would also like for you all to remember me in your prayers because i am having some issues that i have to deal with in my life and i need everything to work out if it be Gods will! I thank you for your prayers!
I realize this prayer list hasn’t had many posts in a while.
But I hope it is still reliable, because I am in need of your prayers. Last week I had to spend time in the hospital and have some tests ran on my respiratory system, my gall bladder, and my liver due to some problems. Thank God that so far everything seems to be in good shape, but I’m still awaiting my test results from the hydroscan and my bloodwork. Please, and I do mean ‘Please’ pray that these tests will be okay and I can move on with my life.
Thank you,
Jon Babb
Jon,
I am praying that God heals your body. Remember God puts no more on you than you can bear. Many blessings.
Brandi

I received the following email this morning from my friend, Jeannine Gay:
I HAVE A FRIEND AT WORK THAT IS REQUESTING PRAYER FOR A BABY BOY NOT BORN YET. HIS MOTHER IS 5MTHS PREGNANT AND THE BABY NOT GROWING, LAST MONTH HE WAS IN THE 10% PERCENTILE AND THIS PAST WEEK HE WAS IN THE 1% PERCENTILE. THEY HAVE ADMITTED THE MOTHER TO WATCH FOR ANY PROBLEMS THAT MAY BE HAPPENING WITH THE PLACENTA. SO FAR HE HAS A NICE STRONG HEARTBEAT. HIS NAME IS GAVIN, AND THEY WOULD LIKE EVERY CHURCH IN THIS AREA TO PRAY FOR THE MOTHER AND THE BABY. PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO OUR PRAYER CHAIN, AND IF ANYONE KNOWS OF OTHER CHURCHES THAT HAVE PRAYER CHAINS LIKE OURS PASS IT ALONG TO THEM AS WELL.
Hey lets all pray for the act mission team as they serve the Lord in new york i know the Lord will bless them. Also pray for my parents they are coming in the first week in July
Please pray for the graduates who are moving into the new classrooms. Pray that God will help guide, direct, and mature them spiritually so they may grow closer to God.
Also, pray for the ACT class. We leave this Saturday at 3:30 am, and everyone is nervous. God has prepared a place for us in New York; he’s taking care of things financially and he’s preparing our hearts for this service, but we still need your prayers.
Furthermore, pray for the Sunday school teachers. It takes a lot of commitment and knowledge of God’s word to prepare the youth for the future. Sometimes, these teachers can become discouraged in what they do – so pray that God will keep them spiritually strong and that he will forever watch over our church and bless the hands that build a ladder of faith that will stretch to God’s Kingdom above.
Hey guys,
Please be much in prayer for my mom’s step sister, Wilma Scott. She was diagnosed this week with stage 4 breast cancer- meaning it’s already in her lymph nodes, bones, and possibly her brain. Just remember her in your prayers. Thanks!

Praise: My mom went through surgery Thursday when I received a phone call when working the fundraiser at Pizza Inn. She went through the surgery successfully and was recovering quickly due to the healing God bestowed. She returned home today, tired, but ok.
Also, pray for my cousin who respects God, but is full of sin and ashamed even to speak Jesus’ name. I know he feels heavily convicted and when he gets close to God, he gets afraid. Just pray for him and myself as I continue to counsel him by faith.
The baby I asked prayer for a few days ago (Kari Schoondyke) passed away today. Please be in prayer for her family during this difficult time.
Let’s all pray for Reba, Tanya and Naomi and their grandma. They had a house fire today! They are staying at the hotel beside Lifecare and Sammons. Thank God they are fine, but they did lose most everything. Let’s get behind them and lift them up during this time of loss.
Please be praying for Kari Schoondyke and her family. You can find details of her situation on her Caring Bridge site, http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/karischoondyke
The ACT Mission Team will be running a fundraiser this coming Thursday at Pizza Inn. There are a lot of teens and adults excited not only for the fundraiser, but the mission trip in general. I ask that you continue to pray for our mission team and for all the activities that we plan prior to our departure for New York, as we are nothing without the grace and guidance of the Lord and the power of prayer in which is spoken by true faith as a Christian. I also ask that you pray for the ACT class as a whole. There are some things that I believe only the Lord can take care of in our class and your prayers are well needed. Pray for the Sunday school teachers who take a stand in their faith to help direct our youth to the path of God, and pray that God’s Will be done.
I got this email from my dad today:
A family at my church was involved in the accident that was on the news last night in front of Target caused by someone texting and not paying attention. All of them were seen in the ER, but the the five year old, Samantha was hurt bad. She has a brain injury and the doctors are not giving them much hope. She has a tube in her head to relieve the pressure and is now running a fever. She is not being giving much hope. The next three days are critical and they have done all they can do. The rest is up to God. Junior and Amy, the parents, just started a food pantry at our church and are real worker bees for God. This is definitely attack on their family and they need the help of the Lord. Samantha looks like a little doll. Small frame with long blonde hair. Beautiful little girl. I know their hearts are breaking and they need all the help they can get. Please tell everyone you know to pray for them, your church, your family, your email prayer buddies, everyone. Prayer changes things and God is faithful to his word. Pray for this entire family, but Sami needs it now. Thank you all. I will send update when I hear something. Love you. Ann
Please pray for them.
Thanks,
Benji

But thanking God in advance that “Greater is He that is us, than he that is in the world”!!!

I’ll get this started…
Pray for our ACT Class on their trip this weekend.
